Someone reads what you sent and comes back to you, by the channel you gave us. For a job that is a site visit booked or the questions we need answered before we can price it. For a contractor it is the document list and a first conversation. For a brand it is where the fit is with what the panel specifies now.
One quote, one contact
A client sees one quote from one company, priced against the scope they set, with Arabella's margin inside it and nothing on top. Award is on an 85% deposit; no contractor starts before it clears. The final 15% follows sign-off and the certificate the trade requires.
Verification before the first job
Every contractor on the panel is checked against the cidb register, the removals notices, National Treasury's restricted suppliers database and the trade registrations that apply, and re-checked as documents expire. Verification is the product; the panel is what it produces.
