Our call-out fee starts from R450. The trade assesses the problem and you get a written quote for the work. Nothing beyond making the problem safe starts until you have approved it.
Where the work legally needs one, yes: an electrical Certificate of Compliance, a gas certificate of conformity, or a plumbing certificate for a geyser installation. Insurers and transferring attorneys ask for these, so we issue them with the job.
We give you a report and photographs of what failed and why, plus the quote and the compliance certificate. That is what an insurer asks for on a burst geyser or water-damage claim.
Yes. We inspect and test the installation, list anything that fails with a quote to fix it, and issue the certificate once it complies. Tell us the transfer date so we can plan around it.
