01Do we have to abandon our estimating spreadsheet?
No. The rate sheet is built from it, so the rates you trust get a cost and a price behind them. The first quote on the system is usually a job you have already priced, compared line by line.
02What does the site foreman have to do?
Tick the stage off and post a photo from a phone. The progress bar, the claim and the dashboard all move from that.
03Does it replace our accounting system?
No. Invoices raised here post to Sage or Xero and payments come back. Quotes, jobs, progress and margin live here because nothing you run today holds them.
