What the panel does
Sewer lines, stormwater, manholes, French drains and the excavation and reinstatement around them. Underground work on an occupied scheme is priced on what the camera finds, so the panel surveys before it quotes wherever the line can be reached.
Blockages that recur are a design or a collapse, not a cleaning problem, and the quote says which. Where the fault is on the municipal side of the connection Arabella says so, because a scheme should not pay to fix a pipe it does not own.
Reinstatement, paving, lawn and boundary, is in the scope from the start. A trench left open is the complaint that reaches the trustees.
The quote separates the survey, the repair and the reinstatement, and where a camera survey changes the scope the client sees the footage and the revised price before anyone digs. Recurring call-outs to the same line are logged against the scheme, which is how a maintenance problem becomes a capital decision the trustees can take on evidence.
