What the panel does
Package sewage plants, septic and conservancy systems, grease traps and effluent handling from screening to a discharge the municipality will accept. The panel prices the plant, the civils around it and the electrical supply as one installation, and the commissioning and first service are in the scope.
Existing plants that have stopped working are assessed on what goes in and what comes out before anything is replaced: most failures are loading or maintenance, not the plant.
A quote states the design flow and the effluent standard the plant is built to meet, the civils and electrical needed to install it, and the service interval it needs to keep meeting the standard. Where a discharge authorisation is required the application is an item in the scope, because a plant without one is a liability with a pump attached.
Who commissions it
Estates and developments beyond the municipal sewer, lodges, schools and industrial sites with an effluent obligation, and bodies corporate whose plant has been served a compliance notice.
