What the panel does
Built-in cupboards, kitchen units, vanities and fitted joinery, measured on site, made in the panel's workshops and hung on site. The panel quotes from a site measure and a drawing the client has signed, so what arrives fits the room it was measured in.
Kitchens bring the plumber and the electrician with them, and both are on the panel: the appliance circuits, the sink connection and the certificates for each are inside the same quote.
Quotes come with the drawing they were priced from and the board, edging and hardware specified by name, so the client compares like with like. Site measures are taken after the wet trades are finished, not before, which is the difference between joinery that fits and joinery that is packed out.
Lead times are stated on the quote and held, because a kitchen is programmed around the day the units arrive. Where a brand partner supplies the hardware or the tops the warranty comes with the handover.
Who commissions it
Landlords and owners refurbishing units, developers finishing show units, and managing agents replacing joinery after water damage on an insurance claim.
