What the panel does

Distribution boards, rewiring, common-property lighting, gate and pump supplies, and the certificate of compliance that closes each of them. The panel's electrical contractors are registered with the Department of Employment and Labour as the regulations require, and every job ends with a CoC issued by the registered person who did the work.

The instruction is usually a fault with a history: a board that trips under load, an installation nobody will certify, a transfer that has stalled on a missing certificate. Arabella scopes what the fix actually needs, and prices only that.

Where a job spans trades, the electrical contractor is coordinated inside the same quote rather than left to find the plumber on site.

Pricing is from a site visit and a look inside the board, never from a description over the phone. The quote lists the circuits touched, the protection fitted and the certificate that will be issued, so a trustee reading it can see that compliance is an item and not a promise.

Department of Employment and Labour registration

The registered person (installation electrician or master installation electrician) is the only one who may issue a CoC. A company registration is not a person registration.
