03·Questions

What electrical & solar suppliers usually ask.

01Can it quote off a schedule?

Yes. A contractor's schedule is read into lines against the catalogue, cable by the metre and everything else by the unit, priced at that account's tier.

02What happens after the install?

The installation becomes a unit in the field with the CoC attached and an inspection interval. Overdue inspections are on the dashboard every morning.

03Does it replace our accounting?

No. Invoices post to Sage or Xero and payments come back. Quotes, orders, stock and the installed base live here.

04We work through Arabella's panel. What changes?

Enquiries from the panel arrive already scoped and your quotes go back through the same record, so the client sees one number and one contact.

05How do we start?

A demonstration on your own business: your catalogue, a live enquiry and an installation in the field. If it earns its place, a plan follows.

Arabella×Zorah

Partner once, sit behind every contractor on the panel.

Arabella puts your category in front of contractors, developers, estates and facilities teams. Zorah runs the system that takes the enquiry to the delivery and the service visit. Start with a demonstration on your own catalogue; a plan follows only if it earns its place.
